Public accountability

The directory is useful only if readers can see where judgment ends and money begins.

This policy governs organic listings, vendor claims, sponsorships, affiliate links, corrections, and the firewall between them.

01

How products enter the directory

AI 4U finds products through independent research, public launches, reader tips, and vendor submissions. A submission is a lead for research—not a listing purchase. We may test, defer, decline, merge, or remove a product at our discretion.

02

How organic lists are ordered

Editorial usefulness drives organic order. Signals may include job-to-be-done fit, product capability, reliability, usability, pricing clarity, evidence quality, safety, update recency, and reader utility. No vendor can pay to raise its organic rank, score, verdict, or comparison outcome.

03

What a verified owner can change

Verification lets an authorized representative propose factual vendor information such as an official description, pricing or documentation links, a logo, a demo, and integrations. Proposed changes remain in a separate, versioned vendor draft until reviewed. AI 4U keeps control of editorial copy, ratings, pros, cons, and rankings.

04

Sponsored placements

Paid placements are visually labeled “Sponsored” or an equally clear term close to the placement. Sponsors can purchase defined inventory, not editorial sentiment. Campaigns are reviewed for audience fit and may be refused. Paid links are qualified for search engines and do not flow ranking credit.

05

Affiliate relationships

Some outbound links may earn AI 4U a commission if a reader signs up or buys. The price to the reader does not increase because of that relationship. Affiliate eligibility does not determine inclusion, organic order, or our stated opinion. We disclose the relationship close to affected links.

06

Corrections, conflicts, and removals

Readers and vendors can report factual errors. We review evidence, retain an audit trail for commercial and verified-vendor changes, and correct material mistakes. AI 4U team members must disclose relevant financial conflicts internally. Fraud, malware, impersonation, deceptive claims, or persistent inaccuracy can trigger removal.

Our disclosure standard

We follow the principle that a commercial relationship should be hard to miss and easy to understand. For implementation guidance, see the FTC endorsement guidance and Google’s paid-link guidance.
