Fixed-scope decision package
Know where AI belongs before you build it.
Turn public business signals and the context you approve into a current-state capability map, three prioritized opportunities, and a clear build, buy, or automate recommendation for each.
- 01
Share one public business URL and the decision you need to make.
- 02
AI 4U reviews fit, timing, and fixed-scope boundaries with you.
- 03
Confirm the audit scope and payment after that fit review.
- 04
Receive the five-record decision brief and a human readout.
Bring the business. Name the decision.
These two fields become structured contact context. You can review and edit the complete note before it is sent to a person.
The package / five records
A dossier your team can decide from.
Every record separates what is known from what still needs confirmation. The recommendation can be an existing product, a connected automation, or a custom build.
- 01
Current-state AI capability map
A clear view of the workflows, data, tools, and decision points that already exist, based on public information and the context you approve.
- 02
Three prioritized opportunities
Three specific opportunities ranked by usefulness, evidence, dependency load, and the questions that could change the recommendation.
- 03
Build, buy, or automate recommendation
A recommended route for each opportunity, including when an existing product is the better choice and when a custom system may be justified.
- 04
Data, integration, risk, and human-gate map
The information, connections, approval points, and material risks that should remain visible before permissions or scope expand.
- 05
Executive implementation brief and readout
A decision-ready brief that connects the evidence, open questions, recommended sequence, and next approval into one reviewable record.

Recommendation logic
The audit does not assume the answer is a custom build.
The useful answer may be a leading product, an automation that connects what you already use, or a purpose-built system. Each opportunity receives one recommended route and the conditions that could change it.
- 01Buy or useAn existing product already fits the job and boundary.
- 02Connect and automateThe capability exists, but the workflow between systems is missing.
- 03BuildThe experience, control, integration, or evidence requirement is genuinely specific.
Context stays bounded
From public signal to approved plan.
The audit uses public business information and context you approve. Implementation, deployment, publishing, credentials, customer records, private systems, and internal analytics are not included.
- 01Context
Establish the real starting point.
Review the public business surface and only the additional context you explicitly approve.
- 02Capability
Map what already exists.
Document workflows, available data, current tools, owners, constraints, and important unknowns.
- 03Opportunities
Choose three moves worth considering.
Prioritize opportunities and show the evidence, dependencies, risks, and human review each one needs.
- 04Plan
Make the next decision explicit.
Recommend build, buy, or automate, then package the findings into an executive implementation brief and readout.
Practical details
Know what the package is, and what it is not.
01What information does the audit use?
It begins with one public business page and the context you choose to share. Private systems, customer records, credentials, and internal analytics are outside the audit unless a separate approved scope is created later.
02Is this the same as the free Business Opportunity Scan?
No. The free scan is a preliminary public-page starting point. The $999 audit is a fixed-scope review with an approved context step, a current-state capability map, three prioritized opportunities, recommendation records, an operating-risk map, and an executive brief and readout.
03Does the package include implementation?
No. The audit is a decision package. If you want AI 4U to implement a recommendation, that work is scoped separately after you review and approve the audit findings.
04What happens if an existing product is the right answer?
The recommendation can be to buy or use an existing product. The audit is designed to clarify the right route, not to force every opportunity into a custom build.
