This notice explains what AI 4U processes across the public website, what stays in your browser, what reaches a service provider, and where automatic deletion does not yet exist.

The working data paths

What happens when you use AI 4U.

Business Opportunity Scan

When you submit a URL, our server requests that public page, extracts visible page content, and sends a bounded evidence package to the generation service. The scan does not sign in, inspect private systems, or access private business data. The service uses an IP-derived key to limit abuse.

Tools, chat, and generated images

The fields you submit are processed to create the requested output. AI 4U does not save those fields to a user account. Generation and infrastructure providers may process or retain request data under their own security and abuse-prevention policies. Do not submit secrets or data you are not authorized to share.

Contact, project, and newsletter messages

Contact and project forms send the information you enter to AI 4U through our email service. Newsletter requests also create email records. Those operational records are not automatically deleted today and remain until we no longer need them or you ask us to remove them.

Directory submissions, claims, and promotion requests

Directory forms store the contact details, public product information, proposed vendor fields, and review status needed to evaluate a submission, verify an owner, or answer a promotion request. Claim verification tokens are stored only as one-way hashes and expire within 48 hours. Vendor-provided profile fields remain separate from AI 4U editorial fields.

Same-session analyzer continuity

The complete scan report stays in your browser session storage for up to six hours so a selected opportunity can continue into another AI 4U page. The initial URL handoff expires after ten minutes. Compact handoff links contain the public business origin and bounded opportunity context, not the complete report.

Collection and use

Only what the product needs.

Information you provide

This can include a public URL, tool inputs, your name, email, company, project context, newsletter request, directory submission, ownership claim, promotion request, or a waitlist email. Some standalone product waitlists also record locale, referral, browser information, and an IP address for abuse prevention.

Website and browser information

The site may collect IP address, browser and device details, pages visited, referral data, and a local browser identifier used to keep an experience assignment consistent. Website measurement services may also receive usage events.

Why we use it

We use data to return the requested output, preserve a same-session handoff, answer inquiries, operate waitlists, prevent abuse, maintain the service, understand aggregate usage, and comply with legal obligations.

Who processes it

Infrastructure, generation, email, database, and website measurement providers process data only to support the relevant product path. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the service and its users.

Retention and deletion

Analyzer report: in your browser session for up to six hours, unless you clear it sooner.
Tool inputs: not intentionally persisted to an AI 4U user account. Provider and infrastructure logs follow their own retention policies.
Rate-limit records: an IP-derived hash for the active limit window. Expired durable records are removed by later traffic.
Contact, newsletter, directory-commercial, and waitlist records: retained until no longer operationally needed, a documented retention schedule removes them, or a valid deletion request is completed. Expired claim tokens are cleared; review records may be retained to document fraud prevention, editorial decisions, and commercial disclosures.

Your choices

Do not paste passwords, API keys, private customer data, medical records, signatures, or confidential contract details into public tools.
You can clear browser session storage to remove a saved analyzer report before its expiry.
You can use browser controls to limit cookies and local storage, although some continuity features may stop working.
You can request access, correction, deletion, or marketing opt-out. Local law may provide additional rights.

Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children and external links

The AI 4U business service is not directed to children under 18. External products and store listings have their own privacy notices and controls.
