By accessing the AI 4U website or using a public product path, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or its services. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and authorized to submit any information you provide.

AI 4U provides public product records, tools, business opportunity scans, educational material, waitlists, contact paths, and descriptions of agent, automation, design, engineering, and custom-build capabilities.

Readiness labels and proof boundaries are part of the product record. A blueprint, illustrative example, generated draft, catalog entry, or preliminary scan is not a guarantee of availability, accuracy, business results, or autonomous operation.

Generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your situation. Review important facts, quotations, numbers, sources, recommendations, and decisions before relying on them.

Public tools and scans do not provide legal, medical, financial, employment, safety, or other professional advice. Use a qualified professional when the decision is high stakes.

You retain responsibility for the information you submit and represent that you have the right to provide it. Do not submit passwords, API keys, private customer records, protected health information, confidential documents, or other sensitive data through a public product path.

You grant AI 4U and the providers supporting the requested product path permission to process your submission only as needed to operate, secure, and improve that service, subject to the Privacy notice.

You may not use AI 4U to break the law, violate another person's rights, impersonate others, distribute malicious code, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, overload shared infrastructure, harvest personal data, or generate harmful or deceptive material.

We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, AI 4U, or the integrity of the service.

Some product paths use or link to independent hosting, generation, email, database, measurement, payment, app-store, or other third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their systems. A link or catalog record does not guarantee a destination remains available or unchanged.

A directory submission is a request for independent review, not a purchase of inclusion, favorable wording, a score, or organic rank. If you submit public product facts, descriptions, links, or brand assets, you represent that you may provide them and grant AI 4U a non-exclusive license to evaluate, edit, and display accepted material as part of the directory.

Ownership verification allows an authorized representative to propose factual vendor information. It does not transfer control of AI 4U editorial descriptions, opinions, scores, strengths, limitations, comparisons, or rankings. We may request more proof, reject a claim, correct a record, or remove a listing.

Promotion forms request availability only; they do not create a campaign or collect payment. Any accepted sponsorship requires separate written commercial terms and clear labeling. Some qualified outbound links may generate affiliate compensation for AI 4U without changing the reader price or determining organic inclusion or rank.

Custom consulting, design, development, automation, and implementation work is governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work, or agreement. That document is the source of truth for deliverables, timing, price, payment, acceptance, support, confidentiality, warranties, and ownership.

Marketing pages, illustrative examples, preliminary scans, and marketplace records do not amend a signed project agreement.

AI 4U and its licensors retain rights in the website, brand, software, designs, and content except where a separate agreement states otherwise. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or create derivative commercial services from protected AI 4U material unless the law or a written license allows it.

Ownership and licensing of custom work are defined in the written agreement for that project.

The public website and its outputs are provided as available and without a guarantee that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, current, or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are disclaimed.

To the extent permitted by law, AI 4U is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or decisions made from unverified outputs. Any liability tied to paid custom services is governed by the applicable written agreement.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. We may discontinue a public product path or terminate access for a material violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a formal dispute, the parties should attempt a good-faith resolution. Any mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
